Franchise Sales Manager
My job is to guide potential franchisees from initial enquiry through to the point at which they make a decision – to join or not to join the SureCare team.
Step by Step
When you enquire about a SureCare franchise, I’ll respond by calling to discuss the availability of your preferred geographic area, following up with a presentation to a small group or, often, a one to one meeting. At this point we’ll go into the areas of territory demographics, competitor analysis, market research and mystery shopping.
When you’ve completed your research, we’ll have further telephone or face-to-face discussions where we discuss the findings from that research and I handle any questions that arise.
I’ll then give you contact details of existing Franchisees, and encourage you to get in touch with them, to get a feel for the realities of running a SureCare business.
My next step is to put you in touch with the Franchise Teams at various high street banks, to secure funding. I’ll give you a cash flow template and will look over the completed form before it is submitted to the banks.
I’ll set up a meeting or telephone conversation for you with the relevant SureCare Area Manager and arrange other calls or meetings, as required.
Only at this point will I ask for a commitment from you. At this point, and not before, when you have decided that SureCare is the right opportunity for you, will we ask for the deposit payment.
No pressure
At no point will SureCare put any pressure on you to make a decision, as we believe that the impetus has to come from you, in your own time. We do not pester at any point; we are simply there to provide information in order for any potential franchisee to make an informed decision.
