We’re not trainers, as we don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach and wouldn’t want to impose a rigid set of rules on any of our Franchisees. However, we do offer full support to all our franchisees, from start-up onward, to ensure that we’re all focused on fulfilling the SureCare commitment and able to provide the highest quality homecare to every one of our clients.
One of our most important strands of support comes in the form of our three Franchise Models. We encourage our new franchisees, in particular, to pay close attention to the way in which these Franchise Models conduct their business - back office and front - from administration to recruitment, staff training to marketing and much more.
