SureCare’s franchise offering is a great opportunity that helps you to launch and operate your own business. Unlike starting from scratch entirely on your own, SureCare supports you with regular guidance to help you manage the various hurdles you’re bound to face along the way.

From the first call, our franchising team can assist you through our tried-and-tested, in-depth process to establish the core values, major considerations and ongoing developments required to run your own franchise. And once you’re up and running, you’ll join our nationwide network of SureCare franchisees, each of whom are able to collaborate with you and share their own insights and hands-on advice.

Our Onboarding Process

Step 1: Your Initial Enquiry

Let's get started! Simply get in touch with us by filling the contact form further down on this page. After a pre-qualifying chat to find out more about you, we'll make arrangements to meet with you for a kick-off meeting.

Step 2: Kicking Things Off

Whether face-to-face or via video call, our first meeting with you is a discovery session. We'll explain SureCare's franchise opportunity in more detail, discuss your long-term goals, and answer any burning questions you have.

Step 3: Deciding to Proceed

Investing in a new SureCare franchise is a big decision, so we'll allow you the time to consider everything before going ahead any further. Once you're happy all plans are in place and all bases are covered, it’s time to get started!

Step 4: Starting Up

After rigorous vetting procedures and securing all the paperwork, it’s time for your plans to materialise in the real world! Our National Onboarding Manager will guide you through business start-up, regulator registration, and acquiring your office.

Step 5: Our Induction Course

You'll be invited to a week-long intense induction course at our Chester Head Office, where you'll meet your Business Development Manager and key members of our support team who'll be on hand to guide you the rest of the way.

Step 6: Ongoing Training & Support

Once your induction is complete, we don’t just leave you to get on with it. As a supportive network, we’re always available to provide you and your team with additional or refresher training, or to offer our expertise and industry knowledge.
